"My experience of the culture has been very warm and inclusive."
Intern, London
"Day-to-day teamwork is brilliant – very supportive and effective. Everyone is always happy to help, even with seemingly stupid questions, and there is no sense of superiority from more senior colleagues. There's a specific programme of social events for the internship programme attended by both interns and people working full time."
Intern, London
"We had a fantastic social calendar for the interns (there were quite a few of us) and nights out often involved other consultants within the business. It was really well mingled on the out-of-hours front. During office times everyone was really friendly and helpful. People were busy but actively encouraged you to ask them if ever you were stuck or needed help. I never found myself needing help and not getting it. I also had lots of fun chats with people from different projects and it was a very enjoyable atmosphere. I had quite a few laughs in the case team too."

"Interns are very much included in social activities from Friday drinks to large case team dinners."
Intern, London
"Interns are considered the same as newly starting employees and are totally integrated into all the company's social events and have many of their own put on."
Intern, London
"This was a very social experience. During our 8 weeks BCG organised 3 dinners/evenings out and 1 day of sailing followed by dinner and a club night. Most of the events were purely for interns but we were also invited to BCG wide social activities e.g. "Office Friday" and Women's Breakfast. The culture encourages you to find and be responsible for maintaining your own work/life balance."
Intern, London
"I have definitely been made to feel like part of the team and all the interns were well looked after during and after office hours with a number of social events organised through the internship."
Intern, London
"The culture is one of hard work but with lots of support. Loads of fun activities were organised for the interns, and everyone was looking out for us."

"The firm has a good attitude towards teamwork during working hours, and you are not required to wait around in the office just to show your face. There are numerous social activities for interns (Urban Golf, Sailing to the Isle of Wight, dinners and nights out, etc.) and general office social activities such as Friday drinks and lunches to get involved in."
Intern, London
"The culture is extremely sociable and they are a likeable group of people. The interns have their own set of social activities (sailing, dinners, etc.), but are still invited to all of the social activities that are organised for the rest of the office."
Intern, London
"The company has a great culture, and the interns are part of all office bonding events!"
Intern, London
"There have been various social activities for interns and the office in general, allowing us to all feel welcome and a part of the community. Each intern is put in a 'village' (shared open-plan, up to eight people), and getting to know our village-mates has been a great experience."
Intern, London
"The culture is very welcoming and warm. There are many social activities provided, from sports to arts trips and interns are really welcomed to join any event going on whilst they are there. People are remarkably friendly and helpful, willing to drop everything to help others. There is a strong bond within teams, in which spending time together both in the office and after hours is encouraged."
