Dimitra joined the Kraft Heinz European Trainee Program in 2016. This 4.5-month Program is for ambitious  and talented individuals who see themselves in a leadership-based career within the 5th largest Food and Beverage Company worldwide. This Program involves intense training in diverse functional areas in the UK and the Netherlands (People & Legal, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Marketing), Field Sales training in the UK and Italy, and owning an individual project. At the conclusion of the 4.5 months, the trainees are placed into a role where they can add immediate value.

I really wanted to start my career in a fast paced Trainee Program in a big international company, which would give me the opportunity to travel and work in different countries, and learn from people who have different cultures and background.

I recommend others to apply for the Program, because…

No day is the same! Challenges are always there and are always different. You will grow your network really fast. But most importantly, you will spend time with the other trainees, you will have fun, and when you are off to your permanent role you will know that you have people around Europe that you can rely on.

Some final notes?

When you are in the interview process just be yourself, no matter who is across the table. Show your passion, learn everything about the company and show that you can make a difference! If you do these simple things, you have nothing to be afraid off. Good luck!
