Think Ahead shall:
- Comply with relevant statutory requirements in force in the country/countries in which its operations are conducted.
- Ensure that this policy is applied to the advertisement of programme places, recruitment and assessment of applicants, training, organisation of placements, compensation, and to every other aspect of employment.
- Monitor the composition of prospective applicants and of the participant cohorts, especially regarding protected characteristics such as gender and race, in order to review the effectiveness of this policy and, if appropriate, take corrective action.
- Ensure that appropriate procedures exist to address complaints about conduct in breach of this policy, and to ensure that participants feel able to raise such grievances in the knowledge that no individual will be penalised for raising such a grievance unless it is untrue and made in bad faith.
