"The interview process involves an initial application, a telephone interview and then a face-to-face interview at the Cognolink office. I would recommend you prepare by trying to really learn what Cognolink does, and applying that to your own experiences. There will be a case study in the interview, which will give you an idea how they work but also give you the opportunity to show that you understand the possibilities and sheer number of stakeholders involved in a business and the value chain."

"Apply via the website, then there is a phone interview, and then a face-to-face interview with several people. There is also a case study that tests your thought process on how you would go about finding the right people for a certain topic. Regarding the interview, for the case study, you need to think what you say through first. Think about the steps logically and bit by bit and it should be okay. Also, it helps to think outside the box and be creative. Aside from that, just show that you are personable as the job is heavily based on communication."
Graduate, London
"Be up-to-date on the market and have knowledge of the various industries and their supply chains when you are applying here because this is key to what the company does."
Graduate, London
"The application process is straight-forward. Submit your CV and answer a couple of short questions, and then there is a phone interview that is competency based. It occurred for my within days of submitting my application. Cognolink informed me straight away that I was invited to an interview in London, and my travel expenses to the interview were paid, and the company informed me the next working day that I had been selected."
