Product Specialist

The Role

TPP is seeking to recruit professional and confident communicators to join our team based across the UK.

We are currently looking for candidates based in following areas: Yorkshire & Humber, East of England, Midlands, South East England and South West England.

As a Product Specialist, you will be based in the UK and responsible for delivering one-to-one and group training to end users of our clinical software, SystmOne. As TPP is also working on an international scale, this role will require both national and international travel. The training will range from working with users who are completely new to the system to providing further training to existing users.

You will also be responsible for providing system demos to prospective clients. This can include presenting at sales meetings and demoing functionality at large healthcare conferences around the UK, and abroad. As an expert in the system, you will be involved in supporting user groups, providing training needs analysis and troubleshooting.

You must have excellent communications skills and a passion for supporting the development of others. Ideally, you will have a background in a training or customer facing role. Experience in a primary care or secondary care setting and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office would be advantageous but not essential. This role will require extensive travel and often staying away from home overnight.

Salary and Benefits

We will give you an excellent starting salary of £39,000 with outstanding annual pay reviews. Your salary will increase rapidly during your time at the company.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel
  • Eight A*-C grades at GCSE
  • Three A*-C grades at A Level
  • Background in training or customer facing role
