Graduates - Science & Engineering - Transport Research
We're keen to hear from Graduates and Postgraduates with a real interest in becoming part of the future of transport - and a belief in the societal benefits provided by safe, clean, affordable, liveable and efficient transport solutions.
Typically you'll have an academic background within the Engineering, Physical Science, Maths/Stats or Behavioural Science disciplines, but we're also interested in hearing from other applicants who demonstrate the desire to make a difference and a flair for applied research. As the output of our work is delivered through written reports and presentations, you must also be able to support your application by providing evidence of exemplary communication skills.
From the outset all of our graduates are allocated a home within a functional team that specialises within their particular area of interest, with involvement and input into commercial projects. On the job learning is complemented by an Emerging Talent Programme that spans personal development, technical specialisations, and communication and leadership skills. Further Professional Development support is provided through mentoring, 360 feedback, change and strategic projects & coaching and development plans.
Positions can be based from our offices in Crowthorne, Berkshire or Central Birmingham, with openings available to start from Summer through to late Autumn/Winter 2019.
