Interview Process

"The application process is extensive. First of all I went through a lengthy online application form. Then verbal and numerical tests (which are repeated at the assessment centre). Then there was a video interview - which is automated so was a little strange. Then there was an assessment centre and finally one last interview - which mostly featured competency questions with a few technical ones at the end."

"The selection process consists of a series of stages starting from submitting your application form along with cover letter and answering few competency based questions. The there is an online psychometric test, a video interview, a one day assessment centre and, at last, a final 60 minute interview."

"There was an online application and aptitude tests. Then there was a video interview followed by an assessment centre. The AC is made up of individual presentation, group activities and aptitude tests. It is all about the showing the right attitude and following the company values. Lastly, there was a final individual interview."
"The process starts with an online form and numerical and verbal and reasoning tests which are followed by video interview, an assessment centre and a final interview. I would say that the interview was more formal than others I've had but the technical questions I was asked were reasonable."
