"The application process is extensive. First of all I went through a lengthy online application form. Then verbal and numerical tests (which are repeated at the assessment centre). Then there was a video interview - which is automated so was a little strange. Then there was an assessment centre and finally one last interview - which mostly featured competency questions with a few technical ones at the end."
