The Joint declaration on equal opportunities & non discrimination, issued in 2009, aimed at becoming a point of reference for all the Employees, through the definition of guidelines on sensitive issues as Diversity, Equal Opportunities and Non-Discrimination, with the purpose of creating a diversity corporate culture, improving the sense of belonging and enhancing the quality of life at work. Its fundamental principles are the main guidelines to orient the daily activities and to support the creation of a Group Diversity Culture. They also represent the milestones for a fair management and evaluation of employees.
