Human Resources Graduate
As part of our HR team, you will build a complete understanding of what the business does, the needs of consumers, the challenges from competitors and the external landscape in which we operate. Through developing your understanding of key metrics and data insights, you will support business leaders to drive superior performance in our people, building the right capabilities and identifying the right talent solution at the right time. You will build expertise in leading change and transformation projects, driving culture and engagement interventions as appropriate. Through your understanding of physical, social and emerging digital technology, you will look for opportunities to simplify and to deliver a great experience for all our employees.
Areas you could work in -
- Business Partnering: supporting teams and functions to grow the capabilities of its employers. Designing motivational career paths, foster talent, plan for succession, or to identify the values and behaviours for future leaders to develop
- Expertise: Allow you to learn and develop policies, processed, systems and tools to attract, select and develop the best talent. Youth Programmes, diversity.
- Factory HR: expose you to HR systems and processes at plant or factory. Recruitment, employee and industrial relations, fairness in the workplace and the well-being of the factory workers.
Over three years you will cover at least three placements to provide experience in key areas your rotations could be based across different sites and you will need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme.
