Customer Development Industrial Placement
We work very closely with our customer, together we find out the best way to launch a new product, identify the right range for any individual customer, and negotiate annual business plans and new opportunities.
Areas you could go into -
- Customer Management: You'll build relationships, analyse relevant data, own financial forecasting, agree a tailored business plan or negotiate promotions
- Category Management: You will oversee a category of products, become an expert on the marketplace and our competitors, and advise customers on suitable ranges for their shoppers
- Shopper Marketing: You'll work closely with both the Customer Management and Marketing teams to develop retailer-specific media plans, to activate key brands
- Business Operations: You'll work with multi-functional teams to manage the link between brand ammunition and customer execution within a specific product category
Our Summer (3 months) and Industrial Placements (1 year) are a chance to showcase your ambition, thinking and skills, with total support from a line manager and a buddy. Students who successfully pass our programmes will be fast-tracked to the final stage of the selection process for the UFLP programme – The Discovery Centre Day.
