Graduate Development Programme - STREAM Future Business Leaders
We are resourcing the world. We manufacture green products and green energy using waste, waste water and wasted heat as a resource mine. We provide tailored solutions for industry or municipalities to help them save and preserve resources. We are working hard to create a future in which end-of-life resources are transformed into products that enrich our lives and can power our homes and industry. The circular economy already represents 20% of our turnover and we are constantly developing innovative ways to develop access to, preserve and replenish resources. To achieve our vision; we focus on creating a team with a diverse range of talent that operates in a safe, innovative and sustainable environment in order to promote the green economy and build new markets.
About the Graduate Programme
Our two-year programme is a mix of on-the-job and off-the-job training. You will have a wealth of opportunities to familiarise yourself with our business; water, waste and energy.
As part of the Graduate Programme, you will be supported through a structured management development programme, undertaking a series of leadership and management modules with your graduate cohort. Complete our training, and you’ll become one of the environmental professionals that will make our business a success in the future.
The Future Business Leaders Stream
Under our Future Business Leaders Stream you will undertake two 1-year rotational placements where you will gain business exposure; developing you into our Business Leaders of the future. For example, gaining experience of our commercial contracts to put you on the pathway to becoming one of our future Depot Managers.
