Sustainability, Health and Wellbeing Graduate Programme

The Role

As a Sustainability, Health and Wellbeing Trainee, you will be involved in:

  • Supporting on pre-employment programme administration, performance monitoring and reporting
  • Data and gap analysis including Social Enterprise data, wellbeing data
  • Coordinate Community Investment and Social Enterprise network meetings
  • Coordinate events including fitness fortnight, mental health, Social Saturday, Social Enterprise Day
  • Coordinate of DSE and prescription eyewear processes and product list (including working with Buying Desk)
  • Write award submissions
  • Maintain information documents, good practice guidance and bid resources
  • Coordinate SharePoint resources
  • Coordinate Website content
  • Coordinate social media output

Entry Requirements

Graduate Scheme: 2:1 Degree in a related subject (including a Grade B in Maths GCSE)


Leatherhead with some travel required
