"The business runs things like diversity and inclusion training and also maternity buddies. We are also good at supporting charities."

"There is a Women in Business forum that hosts forums three times a year with women invited from across ABF."

"Diversity and inclusion workshops are held with everyone in the business. We also have a diversity and inclusion team that works to increase the diversity in the workplace."
Graduate, Peterborough
"Due to the location of the site, there isn't a huge amount of ethnic diversity at my particular site. However, I would say the business is very open to all types of people. It is supportive of both maternity and paternity leave and inclusive for all ranges of nationality and disability."
Graduate, Andover
"There are very diverse employees across the business and the company makes a big effort to include everyone. We have very good policies around things such as maternity."

"There is a women's business forum, which is great for networking and many people undergo bias training to help prevent our inherent biases having an effect on hiring. People are allowed to work quite flexibly in order to help with child care."
Graduate,
"When returning from maternity leave, it appears that the company allows a lot of flexibility and the option to work a four-day week. As an international company, there are a lot of European employees from various different backgrounds and cultures and the company embraces this with initiatives that span across the globe."
Marketing, Graduate, London
"There seems to be a mixture of male and female, although some functions are dominated by particular genders, which I believe is rather typical in this industry. It's good to see a mixture of men and women on the board and women in senior positions. I can't comment on diversity with regards to LGBT etc but it doesn't seem to be a very ethnically diverse office. This could be because of the location as I have previously worked in a sister company that was really diverse. There seems to be a good and flexible attitude towards child-care and some women have recently come back from maternity and have a good work/life balance."
Graduate, London
