Training and development
While you’re with us, Atos offers both graduates and interns extensive support along with soft skills, commercial and technical training. Graduates attend our intensive, two-week induction programme, with follow-up training happening throughout the 18-month scheme. Our interns, meanwhile, attend a three-day residential induction that offers training on business and personal skills. This schedule allows you to integrate quickly into your new roles.
Salary and benefits
- Graduate - starting at £28,000 (£30,000 in London).
- Internships - £18,000 per annum (£20,000 in London), pro rata for three month internships.
