"The expenses policy, particularly regarding car mileage, needs to be overhauled. Employees (though not graduates to be fair) are effectively expected to foot their own petrol bill if they receive a car allowance. This means that long journeys to properties that are 'off patch' essentially wipe out the car allowance."
