"The firm's offices are spacious, easy to reach by public transport (especially if you live in East London) and their facilities are unbeatable. The dress code is very practical. If you are scheduled for a court appearance or a client meeting, you are expected to be in a proper suit but most departments are fine with more relaxed outfits for day-to-day office work."

"The firm's offices are arguably the best of any London law firm. One of the benefits of being in Canary Wharf is the vast office space available to us including for meetings, events, sports and music practice. Offices are modern and user-friendly and the views are stunning."
Second year trainee, London
"The offices are nice, if a little old fashioned, but the facilities on the fifth floor are amazing with a bar, gym, pool and hairdresser. The dress code really varies between teams (litigation is the smartest) but casual Friday is now a firm-wide policy."
Second year trainee, London
"The building is huge with loads of facilities on site including a dry cleaners and hair dressers. The gym and swimming pool are excellent. The private GP is literally around the corner. The dress code is smart, but certain teams seem to be quite relaxed when there is no client interaction."

"The office is amazing, both in respect of looks and features. Canary Wharf is not everyone's cup of tea as it's a little corporate and artificial, but it's certainly convenient. The dress code is smart but casual Fridays are no joke."

"We do not have an open space environment and instead share rooms with one or three other lawyers depending on the size of the room. Our office is based in Canary Wharf, which is very functional as it is connected to the shopping malls in Canary Wharf (perfect for carrying out errands during your lunch break). Our office has a gym with around a dozen classes every day and a swimming pool. We also have a cafeteria that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week. Past 9.00 pm (and during the week-ends) you can also order a different selection of food at your desk. The dress code is mainly business casual."

"The office has excellent facilities (including a swimming pool) and I love being in Canary Wharf."
Second year trainee, London
"The facilities are impeccable and are being refurbished too. The office culture also allows freedom, within reason, with the dress code."
Second year trainee, London
"The offices are simply the best I've seen in London, with wonderful views over London. They also have a free gym and swimming pool. And the offices are being refurbished too."
Second year trainee, London
"The firm has great premises, with different and useful facilities. These include a gym, swimming pool, pharmacy, doctor's clinic, dry cleaning, hairdressers and a restaurant, etc."
First year trainee, London
"The advantage of the firm being based out in Canary Wharf is that the offices are light and spacious."
Second year trainee, London
"The office space, location and facilities are amazing! They have a great view, awesome gym and good food."

"Great office - spacious, airy, good gym and swimming pool, good canteen, deli and café/bar; hairdresser and launderette on site; fairly casual dress-code (smart-casual)."
First year trainee, London
"We definitely have one of the best office spaces of any business. At Clifford Chance, our gym facilities are fantastic, and you can sign up for free fitness classes and use the pool at no cost. I like the location because you're close to local amenities and restaurants as well. The dress code is smart casual, so it's nice because you don't have to wear a stuffy suit all day. You also feel more productive because you can add a bit of colour to your wardrobe."
First year trainee, London
"Our office is in a fantastic location and has a gym, swimming pool, café, restaurant and bar. Dress code is smart casual. I always have a jacket in the office in case I am meeting a client."
First year trainee, London
"We have better offices and facilities than any other law firm, including gym and swimming pool, deli, Starbucks, bar and great views across Canary Wharf and the City."
Second year trainee, London
"The facilities are fantastic. Canary Wharf is extremely convenient with all shopping tastes catered for. There are plenty of restaurants for social occasions and on the DLR the commute is very pleasant. The dress code varies from department to department but everyone is always smart and you are asked to keep a jacket at work in case there is an unexpected client meeting."
First year trainee, Frankfurt
"Whilst in Canary Wharf, the offices are great and the facilities are unrivalled. Dress code depends on the culture of your team - some teams go super smart, others more (smart) casual."
Second year trainee, Tokyo
"The dress code is business casual. Business attire is required for client meetings. The office is great and we have amazing facilities (e.g. a canteen, a bar, a gym, a swimming pool, squash courts, dry cleaners, a hairdresser)."

"Lovely offices, wonderful gym and restaurant. Large shared rooms. Dress code is smart/casual - room for individuality!"
First year trainee, London
"Business casual - although some dress more snappily than others! On the occasions that I run into work, I don't feel shy about going to my desk in my gym kit to pick up my wash bag - I know other firms would frown on this."
Second year trainee, London
"Location is frustrating initially but you get used to it. I like being in the heart of a recognisable international centre. The building is very impressive, with all the amenities you could want. We work very long hours, but the infrastructure exists to enable that. The gym closing at 9:00pm is a pain though - 24hr opening such as they have at A&O would be appreciated."
First year trainee, London
"Good space, great facilities, location is a little isolated. The dress code is generally smart."
First year trainee, London
"Large, spacious and with lots of facilities. The dress code is very informal, you need only where a suit and tie if meeting clients."
Second year trainee, London
"I enjoy being in Canary Wharf, as everything is so convenient and accessible once you are here, and when you arrive you know it's time to get your head down to work. The offices are first class, with everything you could possibly need in the building (e.g. A bar, a restaurant, two cafés, a dry cleaners, hairdressers, gym, swimming pool, squash courts, physiotherapist, beauty therapist, shoe repair service, night kitchen... the list goes on)."
First year trainee, London
"Amazing facilities - swimming pool and gym. The dress code is formal but not too strict."
