"I've done some formal training relevant to my role. However, I would have liked to have seen more hard qualifications during my time."Graduate,
"There's no structured training, it's usually up to the graduate to look for it. Most training is on-the-job and therefore, when work is limited, you are not learning. Sometimes it's possible to speak to your manager and get access to training platforms. However, the graduate has sole responsibility for this."Graduate, Coventry
"I haven't had any formal training. I do receive good quality training from my colleagues, however."Mid level, Coventry
"If you are going in to help out in an operational area during a busy time of the year, you will receive training that prepares you for the role really well."Finance, Graduate, Coventry
"I learned some soft skills but formal training for professional qualifications is greatly lacking. It's an uphill battle to get agreement for any expense on qualifications or personal development."Graduate, Coventry
"There are lots of full training days about other areas of the business, which you can learn about. We get about £2,000 to spend on personal training programmes. For example, if you're in IT, you may like pluralsight or udemy courses, which you can get for free."Graduate, Coventry
