How we’re different
Many law firms talk about ‘living the values’, the great clients they work with, and the development opportunities available. How are we different? Colleagues say time after time that it is our culture that sets us apart – supportive, friendly, open and genuinely inclusive. Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, and to being a responsible business is widely acknowledged (for example, we won ‘Best CSR initiative’ at the HR in Law awards 2019 in recognition of our youth volunteering programme in hospitals). The work we offer is challenging, for a vast range of impressive clients and undertaken in a stimulating work environment. Our leadership team sets the tone by being open and available, keen to listen and learn from colleagues directly and with the help of our colleague networks –
Spectrum (LGBT+), Access (BAME) and Women+. This way, we enable our people to integrate their work and their life in a way that works for them. Our purpose is to help our clients and our colleagues succeed. We create sustainable value for our clients and, just as importantly, we're committed to ensuring our colleagues have a fulfilling and rewarding experience with us.
