About Dyson

Who we are

We’re Dyson, a global technology enterprise. Since 1993 we’ve been finding new ways to solve real-world problems – from vacuum cleaners with revolutionary cyclone technology, to a hairdryer with intelligent heat control. Our UK Technology Campus is home to our first Research, Design and Development (RDD) centre, located in the Cotswolds where the Dyson story began. From San Francisco to Shanghai, we are now over 16,000 people strong, and with interests in artificial intelligence, machine learning, environmental care and much more, the next few years will be our biggest and busiest yet.

With that comes the need for more people to help us reach our ambitions and we are on the lookout for graduates and interns who have a passion for solving problems and can contribute to the future of cutting-edge technology. Whether Engineers or Marketeers our people apply ‘wrong thinking’, experiment without fear, and create both machines and experiences that defy convention.

What to expect

Our passion for problem solving across different disciplines runs throughout our business. With mission-based working and exposure to senior leaders, you'll be challenged and encouraged from day one and be part of a community of people who inspire each other. The opportunities at Dyson won’t be handed to you on a plate. Show us that you’re up for a challenge, hungry for success and determined to make a difference to Dyson’s future. We need problem solvers and quick thinkers who have insatiable curiosity with the ability to deliver results every time. You won’t just learn how things are done – you’ll find ways to make them better.

In addition to a stimulating work environment, there’s always plenty going on outside of the office, too. It's a fulfilling place to start your working life.  We’re bigger than ever and have no intention of stopping the journey now – so come join us.
