About Generation UK&I

Generation supports young people aged 18-29 who face barriers to employment, to build thriving, sustainable careers, and provide employers with the skilled and motivated talent they need.

This is how our model works:

  • We identify entry-level roles across sectors including tech, hospitality and healthcare
  • We create free 4 to 12-week targeted programmes to train young people to do these roles
  • We work with employers to reserve vacancies for all our programme graduates
  • This means that every participant has a guaranteed interview following the programme, with 80% of participants securing roles within 1 month of completing a Generation programme. To date, our UK graduates have gone on to work at the likes of Sony Playstation, the Financial Times, News UK, Sainsbury’s, Cancer Research UK, Gatwick Airport, Hilton Hotels, Manchester Foundation Trust Hospital, and many others.

The boot camps are free, with travel and lunch expenses covered. Each student is given a mentor for 1:1 support during, and for 6 months after the programme.
