Interview Process


"The internship application process started with a CV, after this I was invited to take part in a telephone interview, the next stage then being a face-to-face interview which involved a HR style interview, a basic competency interview, and a short presentation to a partner. The whole process took no more than eight weeks from application to offer."

I then got invited to the main Baker Street office for a face-to-face interview with the recruitment manager and two partners of the business. There were four of us being interviewed and we rotated between the interviewers. I had to make a short presentation about my favourite building."
