"Each trainee is allocated an associate mentor when they begin at the firm and there is a budget for going for lunch with the mentor. Each trainee is also allocated a supervisor who they share an office with; a review is then given at the mid-seat and end-of-seat stage. There is also more informal mentoring going on and people regularly provide feedback."
