"The local management interaction is good, but more senior management interactions are more remote as there is a reliance on video broadcasts, messages on our intranet and email newsletters used as a means to communicate with staff. I have never seen any immediate line manager (up to department/divisional head) who is not available for staff to contact directly to discuss any issues they have."
