The graduate programme offers the opportunity for graduates to work at Royal Philips and we require talented graduates to start in August / September 2019. We have a number of graduate scheme roles available, either within Marketing or with various combinations of Operations, Sales and Marketing rotations. We also offer graduate schemes in Engineering, Software Development and Enabling Functions (i.e. Quality and Business transformation). Regardless of the team you work in, you will have the opportunity to develop transferable commercial skills over the two year programme.

The Philips Graduate Programme which is designed to discover future leaders like you and incorporate you into the Philips business where your new ideas and passion will shape the Philips business of tomorrow. You will have strong support networks with business managers, mentors and current graduates who have gone through the programme before, and you will be supported with a comprehensive personal development and training plan over the two year scheme.
