2019

"We're in a very convenient location and offices are spacious. We would benefit from a gym on site, although there are showers for those who cycle in. The dress code is technically formal but we have dress-down Fridays and men don't usually wear ties."
First year trainee, London
"We have the best views in London, a relaxed dress code and a pretty decent food service."
Second year trainee, London
"The views are absolutely stunning but all office floors look the same. You share an office with your supervisor and there's a maximum of three per office, but it's usually two. The client rooms all look very presentable and the toilets are nice."
First year trainee, Reed Smith LLP
"Our offices are amazing. We have superb views of the whole city and working areas are light and spacious. Dress codes vary by department. Shipping is more old school so we are quite formal on this floor."
First year trainee, London
"Our office is great. The dress code is a bit stuffy but no worse than most places."
First year trainee, London
"The firm has an amazing office with fantastic views from all angles. The facilities are good, although it would be better if there was a gym. The dress code seems to change by department as some are much more formal than others."

"The offices are a good size with lots of natural light. You are expected to wear 'traditional' business attire to client meetings and court, but the dress code is more relaxed than expected."
Second year trainee, London
"Our dress code is supervisor and department dependent. Members of the media walk around in jeans and t-shirts while most partners in shipping think two-piece suits are too casual."
First year trainee, London, UK
"The dress code is fine. I usually sit with a tie in my drawer and a coat on a hanger in case of a meeting so it is pretty relaxed."
First year trainee, London
"One of the best views in London can be found at the top of the Broadgate Tower. It seems to be difficult to pump water this high, however, as some of the drinking water taps have terrible water pressure. The dress code is suits (no need for ties unless going to court or seeing clients) and dress down on Fridays."
Second year trainee, London
"We have brilliant views and great facilities. My department is not too formal and we do have dress-down Fridays."
First year trainee, London
"I love the office space and the incredible views across London. If you're going to court and/or meeting a client then business attire (including tie and suit) is required but there's a relatively informal dress code otherwise, particularly on Fridays."
First year trainee, London

2017

"We have the best views in the City as well as clean and modern offices. The dress code is smart with many teams having casual Fridays but you can also show your personality."
Second year trainee, London
"The firm is not overly formal and colleagues dress down in certain departments on Friday."
First year trainee, London
"They're easily the best views in London. There's nothing to complain about internally as the facilities team are great and we have lots of space as well as decent conference rooms."
First year trainee, London
"We have great offices with spectacular views."
Second year trainee, London
"The location of the office is great as it is right next to Liverpool Street Station and is therefore easy to travel to, as well as to go for lunch/dinner/drinks after work. The view from the office is unbeatable as you can get 360 degree view of London from the canteen on the 31st floor. The canteen in the office offers great hot and cold food and is subsidised. The dress code is smart business wear but many departments do a dress-down Friday every week."
Second year trainee, London
"The office views are amazing and the staff restaurant always has great choices."
First year trainee, London

2016

"Great office space and location. Unfortunately, not every floor has a microwave. Dress code is what you would expect for a City firm."
First year trainee, London
"Broadgate Tower has a great location, fantastic office space and facilities. If it had its own gym – that would be perfection."
First year trainee, London
"The offices at Broadgate Tower have the best view out of all law firms in the City. You have a 360 degree view of London on every floor (especially on floors 31–33). The location is extremely handy (just over Liverpool Street Station) with easy access from most tube lines and even local trains. There is a canteen in the office that offers hot and cold meals, freshly made, every day and in the evenings. The dress code at the office is smart but there are dress down days, usually in connection with collections for charities."
First year trainee, London
"The offices are amazing. While the building lacks fresh air, it should be noted that virtually every office in the building benefits from fantastic natural daylight."
Second year trainee, London
"Looks similar to the TV show 'Suits'."
Second year trainee, London
"Great space, location and views. Dress code is business casual (suit no tie)."
First year trainee, London
"Offices are pretty stunning. Dress code varies department to department but it is generally quite relaxed."
Second year trainee, London
"The view is great. The restaurant on the 31st floor is good and all the facilities are well kept."
First year trainee, London
"Great building. The dress code can vary between departments. For example, the media team doesn't have a dress code – adopting a full dress down policy every day. Dress down Friday is a thing but for the most part you are expected to wear usual business attire."
Second year trainee, London

2015

"I think that the offices are very impressive; with the best views in the City. It has an excellent location just off Bishopsgate and next to Liverpool Street Station. The dress code is as you would expect: smart, but not many people wear ties."
First year trainee, London
"Although the office could benefit from improved and more accessible shower facilities; I believe that the office provides one of the best views across London."
First year trainee, London
"Although improving some of the facilities: providing a gym, new coffee machines, increasing storage for files and improving the sleep pods that are provided as they are loud and cold would be beneficial, the offices are otherwise brilliant and the views are incredible."
First year trainee, London
"The office is fantastic and has some of the best views in London."
First year trainee, London
"The dress code in the amazing office is smart but not overbearing."
First year trainee, London

2014

"Dress code is business casual. Offices offer excellent views over central London, with the staff restaurant positioned on the 31st floor. No on-site gym is offered, but gym memberships are subsidised through the firm's benefits system."
First year trainee, London
"The offices are amazing. The dress code for men is suits and open collar."
First year trainee, London
"The offices are modern, bright, airy and open plan. We have superb views of London. The staff cafeteria on floor 31 is overall good. The dress code is business casual: some will wear business suits, others dress more relaxed."
First year trainee, London
"Inhabiting the 3rd and 23rd to the 32nd floors of the Broadgate Tower, the office offers incredible views. The office is modern and generally spacious. The dress code is generally formal but many departments/teams don't wear ties. I like wearing a tie though so I still wear mine."
First year trainee, London
"The location and space is excellent and unparalleled in the City. Dress code is smart but not excessive. As a woman I am not required to be in a full suit. Also there are dress down days."
Second year trainee, London
"Incredible views, state of the art facilities, plenty of space, trainees share an office with their supervising partner/associate. The dress code depends on the team and can vary from suits to smart casual."
First year trainee, London
"Beautiful views from all areas of the office and the canteen. Business casual is advised but in general dress code is quite relaxed comparing to other firms' standards."
First year trainee, London

2013

"The view is still stunning even after a year of looking at it."
Second year trainee, London
"Great offices with brilliant views. No need to wear suits or ties in the offices, they are saved for client meetings."
Second year trainee, London
"The London office is reasonably new so it's nicely done up, in an impressive building, in a good location. The dress code is typical for law firms now - suit but no tie except for client meetings."
Second year trainee, Dubai
"The office is knuckle-bitingly attractive - featured in the new James Bond film. The canteen is great: reasonably priced and varied food. The dress code depends on the department, but no tie is as far as informal tends to go."
First year trainee, London
"Always clean, amazing views, people are always impressed when they visit."
Second year trainee, London
"Great location, brilliant building, business casual dress code but no dress down Friday."
Newly qualified solicitor, London
"The office is new and is in a good location. The dress code is smart but I only wear a suit if I'm going to a client meeting or to court."
