Graduates

As part of our Graduate programme, you will have a clearly defined learning pathway to develop your technical and soft skills. You will build a strong professional network with exposure to our leaders and gain project management and technical skills for the future through completing a digitalisation project. You will also spend a week away completing a practical skills workshop to gain a wider understanding of the Construction industry.

Interns

We offer placements for eight-weeks over the summer or a year-out that will give you a great chance to find out more about your chosen profession – and Skanska – before you apply for a full-time role with us.

Joining us in any one of a range of technical and supporting roles, you’ll discover plenty of opportunities to grow your experience across the breadth of projects, and make an impact on the world around you. You’ll realise the potential of what we can do together, to build for a better society and help shape the future.
