"The culture during the working day is great. There are shows on in the cinema, a great gym on site that you're encouraged to use at lunch and 17 restaurants that are really good value. My team are lovely and there are the occasional social/away days organised."
"Coming through the grad scheme means that there's a great socialising culture and a strong group feeling. We stick together and support each other and we spend time with each other outside of work. My department is especially sociable."
"The culture promotes collaborative working and discourages hierarchy and competitiveness. We hot-desk so anyone can sit next to anyone else and it changes every day. People are encouraged to be themselves, there is a good sense of diversity and openness and there isn't the feeling that you have to impress people all the time. There are regular team socials organised and everyone is generally friendly and approachable."
"We have a flat hierarchy and ideas bubble up from the bottom to the top. It's friendly and cooperative here."
"My experience has been that there is a social culture outside of the office. We have payday drinks, leaving drinks, team building days and there is encouragement for collaboration across teams within the office."
"Although there is a definite structure, there is still a very friendly and open culture. Sky is big on teamwork and team-building/bonding, with lunches in the diary and after-work drinks happening."
"The culture is amazing. We have a lot of nights out organised as well as team lunch breaks. There are also events at work for things like Halloween and Christmas. There is a lot of teamwork and managers make us feel included and not intimidated."
