Our strong track record of taking on our trainee lawyers as fully qualified solicitors at the end of their training contracts is testament to the emphasis that we place on providing high quality training, coaching and supervision for our budding lawyers. Our 170-strong business is growing year on year with a wide ranging client base crossing businesses, individuals, not-for-profit organisations and institutions. Our trainees (and in fact all our colleagues) have the opportunity to try different practice areas and have direct contact with clients from the very early days. This is crucial in building essential skills around communication, active listening, time management, prioritisation, relationship building skills and problem solving that you’ll need to complement your legal expertise.
Our training contracts start in September and we typically take 4 trainees a year. You’ll need to have achieved a minimum of ABB at A Level and be on course to achieve at least a 2.1 classification at degree level to apply.
