"There is a culture of inclusivity at the firm. There are numerous opportunities to mingle outside of working hours including sports teams, firm-wide events and individual team socials. Junior members of staff are trusted to attend external events with clients. There is a culture of knowledge sharing that leads to better development for staff."
First year trainee, Exeter
"The firm is friendly and supportive. All partners are approachable in an open-plan office with a constant friendly and fun atmosphere. Team socials are frequent with all members of the team participating. There is almost no hierarchy visible (except where necessary with work)."
Second year trainee, Birmingham
"There's no hierarchy and there's a dress-down policy in the office every day, which means it's a relaxed and comfortable working environment. Everyone is willing to help."
First year trainee, Manchester
"People at the firm are really nice and my supervisors have been very supportive. The post-work culture is really nice as people always want to involve the rest of the team in lunches. However, this is not always the case in all teams."
Second year trainee, London
"The culture is very friendly and relaxed while still being professional. There's lots of direct access to partners for trainees/paralegals with greater responsibility given to juniors. We're often working in teams across the other Middle East offices and Dubai."
First year trainee, Manama, Bahrain
"There is no hierarchy as such and everyone is treated equally. We are assigned supervisors as trainees and they usually act as our first port of call if we have any issues. Teamwork is good both locally and firm-wide. Socialising is also good with plenty of events provided in our office as well as wider firm-wide events."
First year trainee, Birmingham
