"The culture is great. My line manager and team are really supportive in work and there is plenty to do outside of hours too. I've been here nearly two months and I've played five-a-side with people from other teams and gone for a few meals and one night out with my team. I've also been on a couple of nights out and played other sports such as squash with other grads."

"The culture is very much what you'd expect. It's fun, forward thinking, open minded and challenging. The office environment is often lively with a big focus on engagement and employee wellbeing."

"The induction was in Amsterdam! The company flew all the new grads to Amsterdam for a week as an ice breaker. It felt like the red carpet was being rolled out as many of the executive board came to talk to us. Day to day the office is friendly, with breaks being encouraged and arcade machines in the new building we are moving to. The graduates and interns have a graduate committee whose job is to organise frequent socials and trainings for the grads and interns."

"Each team is different. Some teams will meet up for after-work drinks and get on really well. Some teams will go for lunch together too but others can be less sociable."
Graduate, Schiphol
"Everyone is generally really friendly and will chat throughout the day. With the shift towards flexible working, the office can be a bit quiet but some departments have really good social engagement initiatives. Most people are really willing to be involved with and help the grads. There isn't too much of a hierarchical feel to most teams and the managers and senior staff are approachable and chat as much as the others."

"The culture is flexible and friendly. We have a flexible working policy, which is good for me in particular as I am able to leave a bit earlier on days I have to travel for netball etc so it's good. Working from home is also a plus. There could be more of a social aspect after hours but this varies between teams. The hierarchy is pretty top down, although I do think there is good autonomy for managers. There could probably be a bit more communication from the top level though."
