"As part of the graduate scheme, we have had lots of great training programmes such as how to write well, commercial skills and presentation skills. Our online platform is also good and provides lots of different training such as how to deal with conflict, influencing and personal development. There are also lots of training programmes but I don't think they're run frequently enough, perhaps due to resources."Graduate, Hook
