The professional networking and employability event for LGBTQ+ students and recent graduates

L’Oréal is the world’s number one beauty company, with a portfolio of 36 international brands including L’Oréal Paris, Garnier and Lancôme, to name a few.  L’Oréal’s ambition is to become the world’s leading beauty tech company, through digital innovation, product design and world-class consumer journeys.

The group’s mission is to provide the best in cosmetics innovation to women and men around the world with respect for their diversity.

We are very proud to have our very own LGBTQ+ employees and allies network, OUT @ L’Oréal, with the guidance and partnering of Stonewall. The network looks at promoting how we can foster a more inclusive working environment from employee policies to community and events. We were very excited to launch our Trans Support Policy in May 2019 to all employees and we also attended for the first time “Pride of London”, with 50 employees marching as part of OUT@LOREAL.

The TARGETJobs EMPOWER event shares the network’s core values that promote the improvement of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, with a lens on emerging talent. We feel strongly about being a part of something that strives towards to making the world a more inclusive place.

We offer a range of opportunities from Graduate roles to Yearlong internships across most disciplines - Marketing, Commercial, PR, Digital and Visual Merchandising.

Having a diverse workforce enables us to provide more opportunities to individuals, providing new perspectives into a forever changing world. Remember, you don’t have to wear makeup to make it.

How to apply

There is no time limit on this so please don’t feel obligated to do this straight away, however, the quicker you get it finished the quicker we can continue to move you through the process! The video element of the assessment is translated into a text and scored, so please don’t worry what you look like, just worry about what you’re saying! We will then take your score, see if you meet the benchmark and if so, submit you to the final review for Assessment Centre
