Industrial Placement (12months)

If you have the talent, now is the time to put it to the test. We have approximately 90 one-year placements available each year and they all offer you the chance to develop new skills and gain invaluable industry experience in the world.

Summer Internship (12 weeks)

A summer internship at BAE Systems gives you a valuable 12 week insight into working life at one of the world’s most innovative companies. If you secure one of the 100+ placements available across our UK business, you’ll receive on-the-job training within a structured framework. We only offer placements when there’s work with real impact to be completed. It’s a great way to put theory into practice.

Requirements

To apply, you’ll need to have a minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in a related subject for our graduate scheme and on course to achieving a 2:2 for our undergraduate schemes, be eligible to work in the UK and be able to successfully achieve security clearance.

For finance, you will need to be on course or have a minimum of 2:1 including 112 new tariff UCAS points or equivalent (excluding general studies).

To join the Applied Intelligence team you’ll need or be on track for a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree and at least 128 UCAS points. Any degree subjects is accepted, although STEM subjects are desirable for engineering roles.
