Graduate opportunities

The Graduate Development Framework (GDF) is our two-year scheme that develops people who are passionate about, and show great potential in, their chosen field of business or engineering. Each year we take in approximately 160 graduates. By combining formal learning with real challenges across a number of placements, the GDF will give you a solid foundation for a successful career within one of our UK businesses. Starting salary of £28,000 per annum.

Sigma is our three-year fast-track leadership programme created for people of the very highest potential. With only a few places available each year, it’s unique, quick paced and aimed at giving individuals a breadth and depth of knowledge across multiple business areas. There are two streams within the programme; business and engineering. Each is tailored to ensure that you develop the core skills and behaviours to be an engineering or business leader of the future. Starting Salary of £30,000 per annum.

We have a range of Business and Engineering roles available with a salary of £16,800 per annum pro-rata.
