Your role

  • Partner with our internal clients to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Assess front-to-back business processes with a view to optimizing and creating transformational opportunities
  • Develop a full range of viable opportunity levers and support the business in implementing agreed solutions to achieve agreed benefits

Your team

Sitting within Group Internal Consulting, you'll be working as part of the Process Transformation Practice. Our experienced teams combine industry-leading transformational capabilities with in-depth UBS knowledge. Together with our business partners we take responsibility for leading and executing impactful change across our bank. The team consists of change professionals operating globally from multiple UBS locations who partner with all businesses and division across the bank.

Your expertise

You have:

  • Academic degree (bachelor’s or master’s)
  • A problem solving mindset
  • Ability to take ownership and deliver results in a challenging, client facing environment
  • Strong teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of balancing multiple tasks and playing different roles depending upon the size/type of project
  • Ability to act swiftly under pressure, prioritise, and adapt to changing priorities
  • An interest / exposure to one or more of the following areas is preferable: Process Optimization, Agile Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model design, Process mining, Design thinking, Project and change management
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written

Each business has its own program that varies in duration, scope and location, but they all share a similar approach that breaks down complex information into manageable elements. The teaching methods and environment encourage you to get to know your peers. In some areas, an extended induction period provides further team building and networking opportunities. You keep on learning once you join your team. You may be rotated through a number of desks and departments to broaden your product knowledge and extend your network of contacts. In some departments, regular lectures and presentation events allow for the sharing of knowledge as well as promoting team spirit. Ongoing training and development encourages your career progress.
