What will this programme involve?
It’s important to us to have a strong pipeline of individuals who will be capable of running our business in the future. Our Business Graduate Programme is one of the ways we ensure that this happens. We will provide you with the tools and support to progress into an operational or business management role at the end of the programme. Over three years, you will experience four rotations around at least two of our industry sectors and geographies working in a project, operation and business commercial role to provide you with in-depth experience of how such a complex organisation really works. You will be given experiences which will both stretch you and which you will find personally enriching. The rotations could include, Commercial, Business Development, Bidding, Project Management to name a few.
We compliment these experiences with a series of formal training events over the three years. These include business acumen, commercial awareness, career planning as well as wellbeing webinars. You will be offered the opportunity to undertake a professional qualification in project management in your third year. You will also get a lot of exposure to our senior business leadership team, be assigned a mentor and take part in a wide range of valuable networking opportunities.
Our primary aim is for you to be successful and grow your career with us.
