We work with you to develop your personal and professional skills to help you build a successful career within the firm. We aim to recruit and develop the best people who enjoy the challenge of providing the highest quality service to our clients.
We help our clients make good decisions based on insightful analysis, industry expertise and game-changing technology. Whilst we may be best known for our award-winning advice in pensions and investment, we have expanded out to become market leaders in insurance, energy and financial wellbeing fields.
Joining us as an Analyst
You’ll have the opportunity to learn and develop in your chosen field and work alongside industry-leading experts to deliver bespoke advice to our clients. During the recruitment process you will decide which department you’d like to join from Pensions Actuarial, Investment, Insurance, Analytics and Pensions Management Consulting and speak directly to our current graduates about their experiences.
As a firm, the work we do involves assessing the risks associated with future events and advising clients on how much money they should set aside now to be able to cover uncertain payments in the future and how that money should be invested. Whichever specialist team you join, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of clients from FTSE100 and global companies to smaller private firms. There will also be plenty of opportunities for client contact, whether by emails, phone, or face-to-face at meetings or corporate events.
Training and Development
Our graduate training programme lasts three years and features practical on the job learning supported by a series of scheduled training sessions. You will gain in -depth technical training covering specialist computing skills as well as a variety of non-technical areas to help you develop your management and presentation skills. We have an in-house mentoring system so there is always someone to turn to for advice and to help you develop your skills further.
You will also get our full support to complete the professional qualifications relevant to your department. Our study package includes a study budget for each course covering the costs involved and a generous study leave allowance on top of the time you need to sit your exams.
In both our offices you will find you are in the heart of the city, within a short walking distance of train stations, shops, bars and restaurants. You’ll have the eyes and ears of industry experts whose doors are always open and you’ll find we care about our people and encourage a culture of recognition.
