The role

An opportunity has arisen to join one of our Wholesale departments as Production Assistant.

Day to day 

Wholesale Admin

  • Creating customer requirements including weekly/monthly booking and order sheets and sending out to all Wholesale accounts, using Nu Order system. Ensuring data is accurate and inputted correctly
  • Ensuring partner order deadlines are met and that information is updated and relayed to core teams efficiently – transferring data from order sheets to the order book
  • Order management, ensuring the order book and all partner trackers are updated on a day to day basis and core teams receive feedback in a timely manner
  • Carrying out competitor analysis to review partners offer and trade opportunities
  • Working alongside wholesale MAA’s to ensure all wholesale critical paths are adhered to and stock is dispatched on time
  • Contribute to weekly reports, documenting partner’s sites and promotions
  • Awareness of the Brand critical path & subsequent meetings/deadlines

Product/Sample Management

  • Collating samples following Monday trade
  • Photographing all samples for order sheet packs, ensuring these are to brand standards
  • Co-ordinating sample handovers for partner meetings

Showroom Presentation

  • Managing the showroom calendar bookings
  • Preparing the showroom for wholesale week meetings, ensuring brand standards are upheld
  • Ensuring product is handed over with correct details and is ready for appointments
  • Assisting during appointments

General Tasks

  • Act as the key link between our International Wholesale & Franchise Partners and core Buying teams, creating strong lines of communication
  • Responsible for wholesale administration, buy archives and diary management
  • Discuss requirements with Core teams ahead of partner meetings
  • To be familiar with all our customer websites, their needs, requirements to provide the best possible day to day administrative support and guidance

  • Strong organisation skills and a clear communicator
  • Highly accurate
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of the UK High Street and Global Digital platform
  • Good problem solving skills, takes initiative to resolve issues and performs effectively under pressure working within a fast paced environment
  • Strong numerical, analytical and excel skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills
  • The ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced environment
  • The capability to prioritise their workload effectively and meet deadlines
  • Being a brand ambassador
