Your role as an Associate

As an associate in our client service team, you will play a central role in our business: you will connect our demanding clients with exactly those experts who have the expertise our clients need. Your working day with us is fast-paced: You will work on urgent projects for investment funds, consulting firms and corporations. Your job is to understand your clients' knowledge gaps (e.g., questions about the growth projections of specific products or technologies) and find the most relevant experts who can fill these knowledge gaps. Your role is extremely communication-intensive: You have to establish contact with potential experts via email and phone, evaluate their knowledge and, if necessary, get them to exchange knowledge with your clients. You need to work effectively, efficiently and goal-oriented in order to successfully support your clients. Even under stress and time pressure, you have to keep a cool head, push ahead with different tasks at the same time and act flawlessly.

The Associate role enables you to start your career directly at the interface with the client: From day 1 on, you will learn to recognize what leads to the success of demanding clients and thus to the continued growth and success of our company. Through our monthly profit-sharing system, you personally participate in the success you have achieved. Our detailed training program as well as intensive on-the-job coaching will help you build confidence and professionalism in dealing with experienced executives on the expert and client side and develop basic commercial and management skills. After. Within 24-30 months, you should make the leap to manager and lead your own team of associates. After another three years, you will be able to lead your own business unit as Vice President. Preconditions

• Excellent grades or university degree already completed with distinction (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Demonstrable commitment and success in study-related activities
• Relevant internship experience that demonstrates your interest in a career in business
• Client orientation, stress resistance and a high level of professionalism
• Self-Starter: Enthusiasm, Success Orientation, Initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Fluent in English and German

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary: 52,000 euros
• Variable profit-sharing: approx. 8,000-15,000 euros per year (paid monthly)
• 28 vacation days
