How we work
We work in a hybrid way here at Grant Thornton, with colleagues working between our offices, client sites and at their homes. As a placement student, the expectation is that you will spend around four days either working from an office or client site to help with your learning, building relationships and connections with your peers.?? ? Hear what Ryan from our Liverpool office has to say…? ? ‘I personally like to separate my study space from home space...there is always a group of people in the office which aids the experience as you're probably sitting the exam with other colleagues. We're able to discuss topics and exam techniques whilst at the same time building connections and friendships.’?
