At Aviva we’re building a business that puts customers at the heart of everything we do. And to do that we need leaders who are empowered to develop new and better ways to serve our customers and set us apart from the competition. Local knowledge and a clear strategy will enable us to deliver on the individual needs of every market we operate in. And that’s where you come in.

The Programme

Our two-year Global Graduate Leadership Programme is designed to inspire Aviva’s next generation of talent. We’ll provide you with a breadth of experience, skills and knowledge across the business, to help you become a leader of the future. Through a number of different assignments you’ll move across projects, teams and functional areas, locally, regionally and internationally. And, as you develop a broad understanding of our business and products, you’ll gain the strategic and global outlook needed to start thinking as a leader.

Each assignment will allow you to develop your self-awareness and leadership skills, along with knowledge of Aviva’s core principles. You’ll get to grips with our overall strategy and purpose as you build your understanding of our core businesses and how our industry works. The customer is core to our purpose, so our aim is for one of your assignments to offer a customer experience.

What we’re looking for

Friendly. Supportive. Collaborative. Our culture is all of these things and more. And we need people who share these values and are genuinely proud to work here. It’s all part of our plan to become the leader of the industry formed by people truly dedicated to our cause. You’ll need a degree in any discipline, plus a flexible approach, propensity to move both locally and internationally and ambition to lead at the highest levels. Multi-lingual skills would also be an advantage and you must be fluent in the language of the country to which you are applying.
