On this two-year enterprise-wide rotational programme, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of how Barclays UK fits together, and how your role fits in. Through five 6-month rotations, you’ll find exposure to new roles, new skills, and the chance to expand your network across our business.
Whilst you specialise in Customer Banking Solutions, your rotations might also include time spent in Barclaycard, Wealth Management, and Business Banking. Building your flexibility and experience, you’ll finish the programme with a robust skill-set and a strong sense of what you want to achieve next with us.
