A quick look at the role.

The HR Graduate will work within the Employee Services Function providing effective, accurate and timely Human Resources support to all internal & external clients, maintaining a high level of customer service and compliance with company operating procedures; security of employee information and legal obligations.

Supporting the development of ownership of all aspects related to the new HR and Payroll System.
Close engagement with stakeholders across HR and the wider business to gain a strong understanding of their needs of how to support them with the new HR and Payroll System
Supporting in developing key operational relationships with other system leads across the business to align HR’s system strategy
Developing key performance indicators to demonstrate HRIS’s value
Support in developing and embedding a robust HRIS governance approach (post go-live) to managing requests, including stakeholder engagement and approval, request prioritisation, approach to testing and roll out, and SLAs
Ensuring that system information is accurate through quality assurance checks, root cause analysis, and remediation of any data issues
Support in developing future HR reporting requirements and continually seeking opportunities to enhance user experience
Supporting the wider ESC teams with transaction HR activity as required

Here’s what we require:

Educated to degree level
Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) or studying towards.
Confidentiality and total discretion is paramount to this role.
Able to work independently, prioritise and manage workloads under time pressures
Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of people, with well-developed customer facing skills
Highly organised with a high level of attention to detail
Proactive work ethic with ability to manage own workload and timelines
The ability to communicate with conviction, plan with precision and, most importantly, play well with others.
