The Full-Time Analyst Program is a multi-year experiential journey designed to empower and support Analysts in connecting their personal passions and strengths to BlackRock’s mission, principles and purpose. The program begins with an orientation to learn about our purpose, business and strategic priorities – all while gaining insights into the day-to-day life of an Analyst at BlackRock.
Following orientation, Analysts join their team and stay connected with colleagues across the globe through ongoing training and professional development. This program offers Analysts the chance to have a lasting impact on the firm and contribute to our greater collective purpose to help more and more people experience financial well-being.
Our Legal team ensures BlackRock follows all regulatory, client and firm requirements across the globe. The Legal team’s mission is to deliver the highest quality services to the firm; to understand and advise on the impact of regulatory requirements and best practices; and to develop and implement an effective compliance program crafted to address compliance with regulatory, client and firm requirements globally.
Our Compliance business ensures we meet regulations and protect BlackRock's reputation. Compliance ensures the firm satisfies its regulatory obligations, protects its reputation and provides advice to and partners with the business to meet our clients’ expectations.
Locations: London, Budapest
Please note that for Continental European locations, you are required to speak the local language at a fluent level, with the exception of Budapest (e.g. if you are applying for a role in Frankfurt, you will be required to speak German).
Candidates should have less than 18 months of directly relevant, full-time work experience and be graduating from an undergraduate or master’s degree program between January 2019 and December 2021.
