Graduate scheme

As England’s largest social work charity, we create positive social change for children who do not have a safe or stable home. We do this by developing excellent social work practice and leadership.

Are you a passionate, creative and proactive undergraduate student? You could help us raise awareness of Frontline and the social work profession on your university campus. In this flexible, paid role, you would play a crucial role in our recruitment strategy, building excitement among your fellow students about our work as a charity, our Frontline programme, and our student opportunities. To support your development in your role, you’ll attend paid training sessions and receive regular supervision.

If you want to make a positive change in society, are confident connecting and communicating with others, take the initiative, and have a hands-on approach, this is a fantastic way to enhance your CV during term time, working for a prestigious Times Top 100 Graduate Employer.
