We’re looking for an organized Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our global team of recruiters. The Coordinator will serve a fundamental role in supporting the recruiting and onboarding process for prospective FactSetters and building candidate relationships. This recruitment role often provides candidates with their first impression of FactSet and all we have to offer.

What you will do (includes but is not limited to):

  • Manage university event registrations, payments and logistics
  • Post and maintain university job postings
  • Coordinate all logistics related to the hiring a of new employees:
  • Sending and tracking candidate test assessments
  • Scheduling candidate interviews
  • Booking candidate travel and housing arrangements
  • Maintain candidate profiles in FactSet’s applicant tracking system
  • Review and track employee referrals
  • Stay up to date on recruiting opportunities with FactSet’s core schools
  • Participate in special projects as needed

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or related field
  • Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects
  • Solid business acumen - strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and a proven ability to work in teams
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
