What you’ll do

Our customers are key to the work we do – everything has a significant and direct impact on them. Whether you’re working alongside front-line agents or looking at end-to-end customer journeys, you’ll focus on improving that customer experience across a range of placements in areas such as Front Line Management, Process Management, Project Management and Supplier Management.  At the same time, you’ll keep a watchful eye on business risk – something that’s essential for a responsible business.

You’ll learn how to create compelling business cases to develop new systems or embed new processes. Throughout, you’ll be given the opportunity to actually make a real difference, with rotations and roles that will help you identify how to make things better for our customers and our front-line agents.

What you’ll need

First and foremost, you’ll be passionate about doing the right thing for our customers. We look for people who are self-starters with a strong work ethic – people who get excited by solving problems and use critical thinking skills to understand what really matters to the business and our customers. You’ll need to a team player with the ambition to develop solid leadership skills.
