We are hiring graduate building surveyors to join our Architecture & Building Consultancy teams in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, London and Oxford as part of the firm’s Commercial division. This is a varied and interesting graduate role assisting professional building surveyors on servicing a wide range of private, commercial and institutional clients
- Building surveys for purchase and lease
- Project management
- Measured surveys
- Preparing drawings and specifications
- Building design and contract administration
- Party walls
- Diagnosing building defects such as subsidence damp and rot.
- Insurance Reinstatement valuations
It is preferred that you will have a RICS recognised degree as well as experience within a commercial practice gained through work experience or placements. You will have excellent team orientated interpersonal skills and experience of communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients. It is also essential that you have a full UK driving licence.
