As a Change and Training Graduate within Maritime Services you will be working collaboratively with people across all areas of Maritime Services, influencing and empowering them to work smarter with the business systems they interact with on a daily basis
You will be acquiring an end to end knowledge and understanding of how business systems and processes work and interact with each other, regularly engaging with stakeholders across the business at all seniorities
Follow you passion with the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for training development and delivery within Business Capability scope (e.g. systems, toolsets and processes), change management and business readiness to ensure successful adoption across Maritime Services.
- Guides and supports wider business teams in the adoption of new/improved systems capabilities
- Guides and supports the Business Capability project teams in the application of change and training techniques
- Creates a high performance culture ensuring teams collaborate together outside of ‘silos’ to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or predicted to obtain, a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
