What's In It For You?

We expect a lot from our team, but we also want everyone to feel supported and empowered in helping us deliver our mission. That's why we make sure to provide opportunities for you to learn, develop your career, use your talents, and fulfil your potential.

With a starting salary of £24,000, you'll also get benefits like 25 days holiday, a day off on your birthday, a day off to support a charity or organisation of your choice, performance-related bonus scheme, and private healthcare.

We want everyone to know and feel, that CityFibre is a place where we can be ourselves, with all the things that make us similar and different. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer; we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.

What Will You Be Doing?

Joining our busy network planning team, you'll be given responsibility from day one, so you can learn on the job, make an impact and start building your career in planning. It's a key function in the business to help ensure we're building fibre networks which are fit for purpose and future proof.

You'll be working alongside your team to complete job packs, undertake site surveys (with a colleague initially then on your own when confident), document site survey findings through drawings and annotated photographs, monitor Salesforce queues highlighting failing tasks and finally to support our local Planners by monitoring and maintaining larger scale projects.

When you join us, you'll work closely with your team to refine your skills, broaden your knowledge and kickstart a successful, long-lasting career that grows with our business.

What Will You Bring?

We're looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is keen to progress their planning career in a forward thinking and fast paced organisation.

You'll need to have working knowledge of the key Microsoft applications (such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint) as well as a full driving license.

Any experience using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) would be a bonus!

With your enthusiasm, attitude and interpersonal skills, you'll soon feel like part of the team, where you'll receive the support, guidance and training you need to thrive and excel at CityFibre.
