We’re committed to helping you truly maximise your potential with us at CityFibre, and by offering you continued learning and professional development, we’ll work closely with you to accomplish this.
Before you get started, you’ll be invited to take part in an induction to help you get settled in, followed by regular catch up calls and one-to-one’s as well as networking and shadowing opportunities to really increase your understanding of the business and our industry.
With a starting salary of up to £24,400, you’ll receive incremental increases across a set period, providing you are achieving your objectives (which will be set out at the beginning of every six months with us).
You’ll also receive a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, a day off on your birthday, pension scheme and private healthcare.

As our Graduate IT Administrator, you’ll have great communication skills and end-user management ability to provide training, advice and problem resolution to our CityFibre teams. Some experience in troubleshooting system issues and documenting remediation options is also important. You’ll also have a knack for spotting process improvement, bringing new ideas to the table.

The CityFibre Way is how we think, act and work. It’s our way of doing things. We back each other, think smart and act fast, and we love giving it our best to build a legacy together. When these four behaviours come together, they shape our culture to bring out the best in us, set us apart from our competition, and make our customers remember us.
It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to unleash Britain’s potential in a digital age. There’s never been a more exciting time to join the team!
